1920’s
Nationally renowned Jacquin’s survives prohibition producing non-alcoholic cordials.
1933
Charles Jacquin et Cie., Inc. relocates to Philadelphia and partners with Maurice J. Cooper, an executive and merchant in imported food & beverages. Jacquin’s soared to become one of the world’s leading producers of cordials and liqueurs.
1937
Charles Jacquin et Cie.,Inc. acquires Forbidden Fruit from the Louise Bustonaby family in France.
1950’s
Charles Jacquin achieves national prominence with over 40 different cordials and liqueurs.
1980’s
With continued growth, production facilities are modernized and expanded in the heart of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
1990’s
A time for portfolio expansion with the introduction of Bartenders Ready-to-Drink cocktails and Pennsylvania Dutch Egg Nog.
2006
World treasured Chambord is sold to Brown-Forman.
